I tore my ACL a few years ago and trying to get back in shape I think I injured my other knee as well. I suddenly find myself out of shape and overweight. Awesome! I have decided that I want to loose 15 -20 lbs by my half birthday which is Valentines Day! Normally a day for lovin' and sweets I'm going to try to control myself and then set my follow up goal. I have come to realize the huge difference from being skinny and in shape. I hope to be in shape, hopefully keeping a blog will hold me accountable.
